The Ultimate List of HR Indicators for Measuring Diversity and Inclusion

20 March 2025

In recent years, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) have become top priorities in human resources management. But beyond commitments and good intentions, how can we ensure these efforts have a real impact?

HR data is a valuable tool for measuring progress, adjusting strategies, and strengthening EDI efforts. It not only helps identify gaps and areas for improvement but also supports strategic decision-making to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.  While our neighbors to the south are questioning several EDI initiatives, here in Canada, we continue to recognize their importance and the crucial role they play in building healthy and high-performing work environments.

Here is a list of 36 indicators that can help you foster a culture whereeveryone belongs and can thrive.
